The basement had moisture issues that needed to be addressed before finishing. We installed a comprehensive waterproofing system including drainage tiles and a sump pump. Coordinating mechanical systems (HVAC and electrical) in a basement with limited headroom required careful planning and precise ductwork routing.
We performed complete foundation waterproofing with a modern drainage system to ensure the finished space stays dry year-round. A dehumidifier was also installed to manage moisture levels. Our HVAC and electrical teams worked together to design a system that fit the space efficiently while providing adequate comfort and power.
